Several common misconceptions:

My roof isn’t leaking

While your roof might not be leaking, there are many forces acting upon it giving it a very dynamic nature. I’m covered – My roof is under warranty

A roofing warranty typically refers to a manufacturer’s warranty, that their product will last a specified time period under normal conditions (with periodic maintenance). I’ll fix it myself
